SPIN FINISH FOR PP YARN COMPOSITION : Mixture of antistatic agents, lubricants, and special emulsifiers. APPEARANCE : White, transparent, viscous liquid. IONIC TYPE : Nonionic SOLUBILITY : Soluble in every proportion, resistant to hard water PROPERTIES : - Used to produce continuous and staple polypropylene yarns. - Reduces fiber-metal, and ceramic-fiber friction coefficient and therefore prevents yarn breakage. - It makes easy of getting the lubricant of the yarn. - Causes no deposits and dusts. - APPLICATION : Used to produce polypropylene CF and especially BCF yarns. Provides to work at high speeds. It is advised to prepare ****0% emulsions with soft or demineralized water if possible. SHELF LIFE : 1 year in closed containers.
